Gravel is in

The new gravel apron is in around the Museum. This is designed to further protect the building, but also serves to make it look much neater.

The assistance of Heritage Victoria in the ongoing restoration of the Museum building is much appreciated. Thanks also to George for his work co-ordinating all the improvements.

George's Shed

It's official.

The Society has chosen to recognise on the shed the contribution from George Parker (who is shown, having to put up his own sign).

George, with typical modesty, has suggested that if he had been asked, he would have said it should be called "The Boys' Shed", to recognise that a lot of others are working in there with him too.

And as a counterpoint to the Men's Shed, just across the back fence.
